Step 1 - Rona management fee
Covers all resources required to seamlessly manage content approval, data analytics, and communication between the vendor and RONA head office. From IT initiatives to subject matter expert collaboration and vendor recap sessions, EPK manages every detail — continuously optimizing and evolving the program to maximize impact for all stakeholders.

Step 2 - Add topic fees
Each, per topic or video. Includes hosting for all training modules and supporting materials (e.g., videos, spec sheets, FAQs, glossaries), plus access to detailed data analytics accessible through a secure online portal.

Step 3 - Add video production
EPK will build a pre-production storyboard based on the following criteria:
To be quoted, typically ranging from $2,000–$2500 per topic, depending on project scope. Includes either a microlearning (RONAGO) or structured learning (Workday) training module, delivered in both English and French. Translation costs are additional unless provided by the vendor.
Prices range due to availability of useable supplied content. Once approved by Rona, EPK will produce the module and post it online for review and approval.
After initial posting, minor modifications are included (e.g., slide removed or slightly altered) Major modifications are extra and will be quoted. (e.g., re-voice slide(s), addition of incremental slides, etc.)
